intro

Graffiti+ is a digital graffiti experience that connects people through interactive art.

the challenge

Graffiti+ needed to become more approachable and friendly with a new logo, website, and content strategy to grow its community.

my role

I was responsible for brand, design, and communications; leading the rebranding efforts. Additionally, I managed social media communications, developing strategies to boost reach and build an online community.

REBRANDING

The rebranding aimed to appeal to graffiti artists and event managers, creating a brand that was both exclusive and inclusive, empowering the artist community while being approachable and attractive to event managers.

  1. Grimy, Drip Effect: a spray-painting drip style that felt rough and unrefined.

  2. Dark and Edgy: It conveys a dark, almost illegal street graffiti vibe, making it feel less approachable.

  3. Unfriendly Appearance: The overall look is gritty and lacks the warmth or friendliness needed to appeal to a broader audience.

  1. Bubbly and Friendly: it adopts a more approachable, playful design with rounded, softer shapes.

  2. Scalable and Expandable: It was designed to be adaptable for various platforms and uses, maintaining clarity and impact at any size.

  3. Graffiti Influence with a Modern Twist: While still retaining graffiti-style letters, the new design strikes a balance between street art authenticity and a welcoming vibe.

website design

We moved from Framer to Squarespace for better business tools. I built wireframes, a sitemap, and designed the website.

content marketing

I designed a social media campaign using Reels with AI voiceovers, growing our main account from 300 to 6,000 followers and 955K views, and our community page from 0 to 34K followers with 1.6M views in seven days.

my impact

I led the rebranding of GraffitiPlus, creating a friendlier logo, cohesive brand identity, and a redesigned website. My social media campaign using Instagram Reels grew the community by +40,000 followers.
